Asian Salad Dressing
1 tsp. almond butter
red pepper to taste
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons Tamari (concentrated, high quality soy sauce from Whole Foods)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 heaping teaspoon grated FRESH ginger (you have to use a garlic press or micro-plane to mince it well enough
2 tablespoons amber agave nectar (light agave is not sweet enough)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt


Blend and serve over cole slaw, broccoli slaw, kale salad, Napa cabbage, or salad. Yum.
