Doubly Delicious Greens

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 large bunch bok choy, chopped
1 large bunch Swiss chard, chopped
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes or 1 (15 ounce can) no salt added
2 cups shiitake and/or baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon Dr. Fuhrman's Vegi Zest or Mato Zest
1 teaspoon no-salt-seasoning blend such as Mrs. Dash, or more to taste
Instructions:
Place bok choy, Swiss chard, onions, and garlic in a large steamer and steam until almost tender, about 10 minutes.
Add steamed greens mixture to a large pot along with tomatoes, mushrooms and seasonings and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender.
