Stretchercize
Although a chair-based class, participants are given different levels at which to strengthen and stretch. The class is two parts including cardio/weights and stretching/isometric strengthening.
9:30-10:00 Cardio either standing or sitting +

10:00-10:45 Stretching, isometric strengthening and balance training mostly sitting

Chair-based Yoga
This class is a gentle stretching and strengthening program. Participants increase upper body strength, balance, and full-body flexibility.

Flow Yoga for Seniors and Beginners
Participants are encouraged to practice at their own level. Cues for easier and more difficult variations of poses are given. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor and remain on all fours for extended periods. A yoga mat is required.
